The Kenmar Team

William K Gray, Ph.D I founded Kenmar in 1986 and was the President and CEO before I retired in 2012. It was in 1967 that I felt God's calling to this endeavor. A year later I went to work in the field. It wasn't until 1986, though, that the opportunity availed to go into private providership. In the 27 years since I founded Kenmar, there have been numerous changes - we developed and expanded the ICF program and added the HCS program, for example. We also developed associations with other providers in PPAT. One change I have noticed over the years is the heightened awareness and attention on this kind of care, both locally, statewide and nationally. At Kenmar, our consumers and staff are considered "family". We are close to them, love them and provide the best care possible.

Ken Gray II I am the CFO and an owner of Kenmar. My father asked me to come onboard in 1991. I was hesitant because I knew nothing about taking care of individuals with developmental disabilities but it didn't take long for me to realize that taking care of these very special people was what I was put here to do. Over the years Kenmar has experienced much growth and change while holding true to our original principles and philosophies. I believe two things enable Kenmar to stand out in our industry. First is our personal investment into the lives of the people we serve. They are not our clients but our family. Second is that everything we do is based on building and maintaining close, strong relationships with our consumers, their families, our staff, associates and the communities where we serve.

Sabrina DeLisle  I have worked for the company for over 25 years. Kenmar was started by my parents with the belief that each and every home would be a home that any one of our family members would want to live in. Each individual would be treated as family. I believe that we have accomplished that and continue to strive to improve our programs each year.
