Training & Habilitation

Our facilities provide professional staff licensed and trained to meet the needs of Mentally Retarded individuals.  A Qualified Mental Retardation Professional (QMRP) supervises the care and training of each consumer.  Individual Program Plans are developed for each consumer and are reviewed monthly.  The QMRP monitors the progress of each consumer to ensure that his/her needs are continually being addressed and met.  All training and educational services will deliberately facilitate the intellectual, sensorimotor, and affective development of each consumer.
